DECORATIVE "RUSTICA" PLASTER

For creation of surfaces with expressly rough texture, corresponding to the rural style, a new textured plaster is developed and produced by "CLAVEL PAINTS" (Russian subsidiary of the Clavel Peintures S.A.).
   Material is manufactured based on acrylic dispersion and contains quartz fillers of various granularity. UV-resistance enables using the plaster both for interior works and for facade decoration, and a special formula, excluding peeling and cracks formation at abrupt temperature changes, makes it suitable for use in all climatic zones of Russia.
   Rustica may be applied onto variety of substrates: cement, gypsum board, wooden, concrete, and metal ones. The paste is spread on the wall by means of palette-knife or smoothing board, at that, filler grains moving around the surface create a picture in the shape of furrows, groove and "beards" depending on the technique of work with a tool (pressure strength, slope angle, moves direction) and applicator s imagination.
   Plaster is produced in white color, but it can be tinted in any color as per PurColor system. The product is packed to 25 kg plastic pails (coverage per 1 m2 of the surface 3,0-3,5 kg).
